Plantain 2-3 washed, peeled and diced

Cumin seeds 1/2 t.spoon

Grated Coconut 1/4 cupRed

Red chillies 2-3Urad

Urad dal 1/2 t.spoon

Mustard 1/4 t.spoon

Hing a small pinch

Turmeric 1/4 t.spoon

Curry leaves a few

Cooking oil 3 t.spoon

Salt 1/2 t.spoon

Plantain Curry Recipe Method

This is very easy to prepare. First of allTake 2-3 plantains, peel it and chop into pieces. Next Boil plantains with turmeric and a pinch of salt.Wet grind cumin seeds, coconut and red chillies and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Now take another bowl pour some oil and Fry mustard, hing, urad dal, curry leaves, turmeric, and diced plantain in oil in a pan. Now sprinkle water and let it cook for 5minutes, and now add the ground masala, and let it cook on low flame for another 5-10 minutes.
